Pancake breakfast, parade down mainstreet, salmon BBQ, Slingers’ race, fireworks, concerts in the park, Bluegrass festival, Ferry Island treasure hunt, volleyball, basketball – just to name a small fraction of the events that occur.

Running about two weeks, this festival occurs towards the last week of March / first week of April. The festival celebrates it’s 46th anniversary in 2011.

Depending on the number of teams, this bonspiel runs round the clock, usually starting Friday night and going through to Sunday afternoon. Skills competition, great prizes, dinner Saturday night for curlers, and great music & dancing.
